Do you know who you Truly Are?
For far too long, we have been living in disconnection from the Truth of who we really Are. We have been living out of alignment with our truth. We have been operating under the illusion of the false self and its inherent limitations. We have been holding ourselves back from creating the lives we desire to be living and the world we wish to be experiencing.
Disconnection from our Divine Essence and True Selves causes pain and suffering on a personal as well as a global level. We can Reconnect to the Truth of who we Are and Recover the Selves we are here to Be.
Knowing who we Truly Are is the entry point into greater ease, joy and fulfillment. From there, it becomes possible to release what is blocking us from aligning with our True Selves and living as these Selves. We can connect to and pursue our true desires, living freely and authentically. When we go Home to the Authentic Self, we live in alignment with the Soul. We exist in right relationship with our higher layers of Self and embrace all that we are here to Be.
The Soul speaks to us through the Heart. By Following the Call of the Heart, we will be led to what nurtures and fulfills us.

All of this and more is possible. You can live and express as your True Self, the one you came here to Be. You are this Self now, and you have always been this Self. It’s time to reconnect with and rediscover this Self!
Your True Self is who you are meant to Be. It is a well of peace, joy, creativity, compassion and wisdom.
I am here to support you in going Home to Self. I am honored to be your companion on this journey. You can hear the Call of your Heart, follow its longings and desires and Be your True Self. I have tools, techniques and processes learned directly from the Divine and the intuitive guidance, training and wisdom to help you unearth your Authentic Self and create the joy and fulfillment that come from living as this Self. Following the Call of your Heart is an exciting path, one to truth, harmony, balance, joy and the freedom to Be who you are Truly meant to Be.

01 — Integrative Soul Technology Sessions:
Integrative Soul Technology is a process that supports you in living as your True Self. This simple but powerful process instantly transforms old, undesirable personas and the energy they carry into the Wholeness of your Being. From this place of Wholeness, you are able to move out of disconnection with your True Self and into authentic connection with this Self.
When you are living in disconnection from the Authentic Self, you inhibit your growth and evolution and your ability to create a life in alignment with this Self. Disconnection from Self can manifest in unhealthy and unwanted ways of thinking, feeling, acting and being. You can be held in patterns of behavior and thinking and limiting beliefs that block your ability to live freely and authentically. These patterns and habits carry stagnant energy that holds you back and creates obstacles that can be challenging to overcome. Fortunately, this energy can be reprogrammed to support rather than limit you.
The central idea in the Integrative Soul Technology process is that the lower or limited self contains an infinite number of personas (or “characters”) that can hold an infinite number of perspectives/ways of thinking, feeling, being and/or acting. Personas are “masks” we wear to influence or control people, situations and events. They all compete to be heard and and act out when you are triggered or in fear. Because they are hidden in the subconscious or suppressed, they are not well managed and manifest in ways that block or limit your ability to Be who youTruly want to Be. They can keep you in fear, drive you to react or overreact in ways that are hurtful to self and others and prevent you from reaching your goals or fulfilling your aspirations. They can also limit your ability to love yourself and/or others and negatively impact your self-confidence and self-esteem.
These personas carry stagnant energy that keeps you stuck in old patterns of pain, survival and limitation. The result is living inauthentically rather than authentically which prevents creation of the fulfillment and joy you seek. During the IST process, we bring these personas and their associated stagnant energy and negative impacts into conscious recognition. You are able to see what is contributing to non-alignment with your True Self and your goals, needs and desires. You then use your own Power to transmute the stagnant and limiting energy and convert this to cooperative, productive energy that serves you and your goals, mission and/or fulfillment.
Integrative Soul Technology addresses all levels of your being: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. It shifts energetic patterns that hold limiting habits and patterns of behavior in place and transforms destructive emotions and thought forms that block your ability to live as your True Self.
The IST process brings you to a greater acceptance of and love for self, improves self-confidence and self-esteem, helps you feel more empowered and liberated and assists you in creating beliefs and structures that support your growth. By moving out of your fragmented or lower, limited self, you take back your personal Power and move into your Whole Authentic Self. You move into behavior patterns, beliefs and truths that serve you and the life that is in alignment with your highest vision, mission and desires. By living as your True Self, you are able to align with your purpose and Shine brightly!

02 — Spiritual Mentoring/Intuitive Guidance Sessions:
Spiritual Mentoring, Intuitive Guidance and support for connecting to your Heart; Following the Call of your Heart; reconnecting to your Divine Essence and Who you Truly Are; rediscovering your True Self; living as this Self; accessing your truest needs and desires; following through on these needs and desires; releasing beliefs, programming and limitations that no longer serve you; creating beliefs and truths that support you and how you want to be living; creating the life you truly want to live; and/or support, intuitive guidance and problem-solving for any challenges you are facing. I empower you to connect to your own guidance and answers. I use my intuitive guidance to support you as well.
Each session will be individualized to you and your needs. These sessions are less structured than IST sessions (IST follows a specific protocol), but they are equally impactful.
