The Call of the Heart

In our societies, we have been indoctrinated into the primacy of the mind. The mind is held up as the superior tool for making decisions. We rely on our rational, logical thinking to determine a best course of action, make a choice or find a new direction. The mind is expert at analysis. It can examine and dissect an issue from all sides and angles. It can call up past experience as a reference for what might happen in the future. The mind, however, is not the superior tool for choice in all situations. It can tell us what the false self or the ego wants and desires, but it cannot connect us to the Heart and its longings.

Why is connection to the Heart important and necessary? The spiritual Heart is our direct link to our Soul. It is the messenger of our Soul. It conveys the desires and wishes of the True Self, which are often not the same as or compatible with those of the false self. What the ego/false self wants can be in direct conflict with what the True Self needs and desires. In order to be the True Self and be true to our Selves, it is essential to listen to and follow the call of the Heart. The Heart speaks a language different from that of the mind. The Heart does not deal in should’s or what if’’s. The mind thinks, wonders, worries. The Heart knows. There is a certainty with the Heart that is absent with the mind. The mind cannot discern the Truth that the Heart instinctively knows.

The path of the Heart is always the highest choice. The Heart will never lead us in the wrong direction. It cannot be fooled by fear and imaginings. The mind will generate fear when faced with a new direction, but the Heart will hold steadfast to what it knows will best serve us. The Heart has its own wisdom and intelligence. It is our Divine wisdom. It will lead us Home to who we Truly Are and are meant to Be. The Heart is the path to the True Self. By following its call, the Heart will take us back Home to this Self, which is the seat of peace, fulfillment and joy. Following the call of the Heart IS love for the Self. Denying the call of the Heart is rejecting the True Self. As the Angelic Guides say, the Heart is the Master Beacon. It knows the way Home to Self and what that Self needs.

In this passage, I ask my Angelic Guides how to hear what is coming from the Heart over the cacophony of the mind. They explain the necessity of listening to and leading with the Heart.

How does one separate out what is from the mind so one can focus on the Heart? The mind can be so loud.

"We understand this dilemma. The mind is a powerful tool. It can bring us insight and understanding and wisdom. The wisdom of the mind is a true wisdom—not a false wisdom. But the mind is not the Center of the Self. The mind can bring to you many thoughts, ideas, concepts. All can be valuable, but the mind is more of a tool we can use. The Heart is not a ‘tool’ in this same manner. The Heart has its own wisdom, its own Beauty and strength. Be still and hear the call of the Heart. Your Heart will never lead you in the ‘wrong’ direction. Whichever path you choose can bring you to where you want to be/go, but the path of the Heart will always lead to the true(st) desires. We want for you to allow the Heart to speak with you. You are not the master of the Heart. The Heart is the ‘leader,’ the visionary, the director. Allow the Heart to direct you in this and all things. The Heart will never take you to the ‘wrong’ or false path. The Heart is the master, it can create the miracles you want to see in your life. The Heart knows how to bring these things to you. Open up to them at this and all times. We hope for you to listen to the call of your Heart. Ask the Heart what it believes, what it knows. It always knows the right direction, path. The Heart is always the answer. Can you lead with the Heart?

"Close your mind. Open the Heart. What does it see? What does it say? The mind is a useful tool. We need our minds. They can bring us great gifts. But the mind can also lead us astray. Take us in the wrong direction or down the path of harm and hurt. These things do not live in the Heart. It is not possible. Only Love dwells there…The Heart is always the center. Lead with the Heart.

"Feel the warmth in the Heart. It is like the warmth of the Sun. It warms you, envelops you in that warmth. That warmth is the Light and the Truth. It is your Center, your Forever Wisdom. Your connection to the Truth…the Heart is the Truth, the Way, the Light. It is your Connection to the All That Is. Hold what the Heart knows in your heart. This is the way. To Self, to forgiveness, to loving the Self, to accepting the Self. The Heart is the Center, of All Things. The Heart is the Light, the Way, the Path. It is the Divine Presence, your Divine Presence. It is the Beacon…the Truth. Stand in that Truth. Let that be your Center. Your Center of Love for the Self, for others, for all things. The Heart brings us back to our True Selves. Our Divinity. It is the jewel in the crown. The Empowered Light, the Grace. The Beauty, the Truth. Your Heart is the Center of All Things. And the Heart of the Universe is in your Heart. All of that Love is in your Heart. Hold on to that Love, remember that Love. It is all around you. It Is you.

"…What we want you to focus on is what you want from life and love. How can you keep your wishes and desires at the forefront? Which situations will serve you the most, bring you the most fulfillment and joy? You are the only one who can answer these questions for yourself. You hold the answers in your Heart. We desire to see you in your fullness, your happiness, your best course of living—the one that brings the most joy and Love to you. Will you figure these things out? Yes, because the Heart will lead the way. You have the power and the will to make, to figure out your direction. Your power lies within. No one can harm or hurt or hinder that—only you can do those things. Keep that power clearly with you. You will make the ‘best’ decisions you can make when you get to that point. There are many variables to consider—each will have its own weight and cost. You are able to discern the call of your Heart. Your Heart will take you to where you want to go—to peace, love, joy and happiness. Life has all of these things to offer to you and more. You are a beloved child of God—one whose Heart knows its way—knows how to get where it wants to be, to go. You are able to figure all of this out—you have the tools, equipment, resources you need to find your way to where you want to be. Of course, there is fear. The new, new beginnings can be fearful. We honor and respect that fear. We know how the Heart operates—it will lead and guide the way. The way home to who you Are, who you are meant to Be. You are already this Divine Being of Light. Your earthly existence serves a purpose, for you to fulfill the call back Home, to your True Self, the one God intended and created for/with you. This is the True Home, the True space for the Soul and living. You will figure it all out—you have the resources and the wisdom. Fear wants to get in the way but do not allow it. The Heart is never wrong, it holds the Key to all of the answers.

"This is about love for the Self. For what does the Self wish? What are its truest desires? We know you will be able to follow your Heart, in this and all things. Be true to your Heart. It will lead you to where you need to be. It is not wrong to want what the Heart wants. The Heart wants joy, beauty, adventure. It is okay to have these things, okay to find them. The Heart knows only compassion. It is through compassion for the Self that we find our way back to the Self, to the seat of who we really Are. You know this inside of you, and you know how to hear/listen to the call of your Heart. Open wide and listen to this call. Allow it to find its way through so that you are able to discern what the Heart is saying, what it is asking of you. Do not fear this call—it is the Center of you, the Center of who you really Are, the Divine Being you Are. It is our wish that you listen to the call of your Heart. The Heart knows the way to ‘figure this out’ for you. Your Heart is wise and intelligent in its own way. It knows how to lead you where you want to go. Listen to the intelligence of the Heart, of your Heart. It is wiser than you know/realize. We want for you to be happy in all ways. What makes your Heart sing? What can you do to make your Heart ‘happy’? Your Heart knows no bounds; there are no limits as to what it can hold. We can each fill our Hearts to capacity, and there will still be room leftover. What do you want to have in your Heart? Who do you want to hold in your Heart? These are questions to consider at this time. It is not as difficult as you think to find the answers. Tune into the Heart and you emerge with the knowledge you wish to have, the wisdom you wish to have.

"We know what you hold in your Heart, what you wish to hold there. Compassion, joy, Love, great Love, family, friends, service, and all of the other things that bring you joy. You are entitled to all of these things. You can hold all of them in your Heart. Your Heart knows no bounds, no limits. There is room for all of these things in your Heart. It is possible to discern what you wish to have in your Heart. You have the capacity to do this. We see that you struggle with all of the questions, all of the ‘what if’s.’ The ‘what if’s’ are fear-based; they serve to hold you back from what you really want. The ego controls these fears. It is the job of the ego to hold these fears for you, make you think you are not the master of these fears. These fears are not ‘real’ in the usual sense. We have fear in order to protect ourselves from danger. Is this a ‘dangerous’ situation? We do not want you to think of it as such. This situation holds another kind of ‘danger,’ the kind that we do not like to acknowledge. We are afraid to move forward, afraid to make decisions that lead to changes. These are hard decisions for us to make. We each must sift through our own needs and wants to come up with our ‘plan.’ We cannot form our plan without looking at everything, every aspect. This does not have to be a laborious process—one that takes much time or attention. Attune to the energies of your Heart and the desires there. You will ‘figure out’ where to go from there, when you are there in the midst of these energies. These energies are there to help you decipher what you truly want. There can be no hiding from these energies. They are powerful and masterful. They know how to lead us to where we want to go.

"We can try to avoid the true Heart, but will our Soul allow this, or will it continue to call out to us in its fervent desire? Do we want to miss this call of the Heart, this ‘cry’ for more of what we want/need? We think not. It is always in our ‘best interest’ to hear this call. We can choose to ignore it, but will this bring us happiness and peace, or will it bring us longing and loss? Either way we must experience some type of ‘loss.’ It is unavoidable. Not all losses are ‘bad.’ All might be painful, but not all are ‘bad.’ They can help us with our Soul’s growth, with its full potential. This is why we seek the human incarnation—to have these experiences of what will help lead the Soul to its full potential. Do you hear the call of your Heart right now? It is wise to ask yourself this question at this stage and all others. You are/will be able to do this—we know it, believe in it. We trust your ability to figure this out, to figure out what you truly want to have in your Heart. It is your Divine wisdom that will lead you there. We can see the ‘outcome’ of this process as one that will lead you to happiness and joy, peace, simplicity, Love. These are all things the Soul wants, craves, needs. Our Souls know how we can best obtain these things, best bring them into existence for ourselves. Your Soul wants to lead you in this direction. Allow it to do so. You can resist, but what will this bring you—pain or joy? Happiness or misery? These things are not mutually exclusive. One does not preclude the other. But we can learn to discern between the two, between the pairs. Which do we want more, the pain and suffering, or the joy and happiness? It is our right to make these choices for ourselves. The Soul knows what it wants, what it desires most, but we do not have to listen to this call. We can choose otherwise. But what will this bring to the Heart, to the True Heart? We need to discern the difference here. It is not a simple matter of choosing one over the other, of making one more important than the other. Each are important/significant to our growth. One will not lead to more or less growth. One will lead to more happiness, peace, joy. It is never ‘wrong’ to choose growth. Do we want this growth to lead to pain, or do we want it to lead to joy? We can experience both of these things with these kinds of choices, but one will predominate the other, one will stand out above the other. We are the masters of the choices, of these ‘tough’ choices. We know how to do this. We trust you know how to do this for yourself. This is not complicated. It’s simple—what do you most want to hold in your Heart? In your Soul? What matters most to you? We see you struggle with these suggestions. These are not meant to confuse or trouble you more. These are meant to help you listen to the call of your Heart. It is beckoning to you. It knows what it wants, needs, desires. Hear this call. Do not allow fear to hold you back from the truest desires of the Heart, from that which you desire most. It is okay for you to desire most what you truly want/need. We know there is fear in this...All is as it should be. Trust in the Universe and God to bring to you what you need when you need it. It will be there for you when you need it. We want all that is best for you, all that you truly desire. Allow this to come to you. Open to the call of your Heart. You are able to do this."

Who You Truly Are, Part II

When I began channeling the Angelic Guides, I did not know the Truth of Who I Am or the Truth of Who We All Are. I knew myself as only the outer or false self, the self with which we have all been conditioned to identify. This sense of self is constructed from our experiences, particularly our early childhood experiences, our wounds, our pain and our conditioning and programming. This self holds all of our limiting beliefs and perceptions—of who we and others are—our conditioned responses and reactions, our core wounds, our fears, our history, our '“story,” our false concepts of self and our negative self-talk. This self is not the Truth of who We Are. The Truth is the Divine Self, the Self who emanated directly from the Creator of All That Is. This is the True Self, the only True Self. The false self is not the Truth of who We Are. That Truth belongs to the Divine Self only. Part of the mission of the Angelic Guides was to introduce me to and bring me Home to this Truth. Their teachings presented this Truth, explained it, helped me integrate it and begin living it. They want us all to have and live this Truth. This is the core of their mission, to assist us all in knowing and living from this Truth. Allow their Words to inspire you and enlighten you to this Truth.

The path and doorway to the Divine Self is the Heart. This is the spiritual Heart, the Center of who we Truly Are. The Heart is the messenger of the Divine Self. This Self calls to us through the open portal of the Heart. This is where our personal Truth resides and where we connect to and experience the Love of who We Are. The Heart teaches us about Love, the Truth of Love and true caring, compassion, understanding and kindness for ourselves and all others. When we are still and quiet, we can hear the Message and promptings of the Heart. The Heart beckons or calls us Forward. When we listen to the Heart, it will show us the way Forward into Unity and Oneness. The Heart is the master Beacon. It will show us how to Love and care for All.

“This is the Divine You, the Real You, the one We call the Divine You. When you are this Divine You, you are in your True Nature and your True Being, your True form or mode of living or being. What We mean here is that when you are the Real You, the True You, you know, you already know who you Are. You are not meant to be the other you that you think of as you, the other you that you have known yourselves to be. This is not the True You, the You of the Heart, the You of the Divine or your Divinity. What We call Divinity is the True Nature of all of you, of all of you who exist there at this time in the history of the world, of your world. This Divinity is the True Nature of You, the only True Nature of You. You are not the ones you have thought yourselves to be—you are not the you’s or the selves you have thought yourselves to be. You are the Divine You, the Truth of who you all really Are and have always, always been. You are the Divine Nature, you are the Nature of the Divine, you are the Divine Itself, the Divine as it flows through and expresses through You. This Divine You is the Real You or the True You, it is the only part of you that is the True You or related to the True You. You are the Divine Itself in form, in living and Being form. You are the nucleus of the Divine, or have the nucleus of the Divine. This is your True Core, your True Center, your True Being. There is nothing less than this Divine You—you are ever and only and always this Divine You. This is ever and always who you really Are, who you really, really Are!!! It is the Divine You, the True You, the only True You.

 “When we are created, the Creator brings us forth from the Center of His/Her Being. This Being is nothing but pure Light, pure Love and Harmony. This Light is the Core of who you Are, the Core of your Being. We are all of and with this Light, one with this Light. This Light exists within each of us. When we are created, God gives us this Core of Light, this central placement of our Light. It is not physically at our center—it exists within each of us at the Core of Who We Truly Are. There is nothing of greater importance than this Light—it governs who we really Are. When we are one with this Light, united with this Light, we are who/how we are meant to Be. We are ‘perfection’ made manifest. We are truly ‘whole’ and as we are meant to Be…We want you to understand that the Light is with everything and around everything—nothing is more important than this Light. This is the Essence of the Creator, the Essence of Source. This the very Essence of Source, the very Being of Source. Source uses this Light to create or ‘fashion’ each one of us. It is not possible to exist without this Light. Source brings us the Light as we begin our entry into existence, into Being. It is our very Core or very Essence. We are nothing without this Light; we do not exist without this Light. Nothing can come between us and this Light unless we allow it to do so. This Light cannot be taken from us.

“When We talk about the Core Essence or the Light, We are speaking of the Divine Spark, the Spark of Light that comes from Source Itself…It is only when we are fully of this Essence that we are Truly who We Are, who We are meant to Be. Without this source of Light, this Spark or Essence of Light, We could not be who we are intended to Be—as ‘extensions’ of Source, as ‘projections’ of Source. We do not use these terms in a simple fashion—We are trying to express the importance of being from/coming from the Divine Source. Without this connection to the Divine Source of All Things, We would not Be who We are meant to Be. We are meant to have this Divine connection, this Divine bearing on who We really Are. When We say ‘who We really Are,’ what we are meaning is that Source desired for us to have this Spark, this connection, so that we could always remember from where we came and to where we will return. We are meant to have this return trip Home, this return trip to Source, when we are absolutely and fully ready to make this return trip Home and back to Source. Without this return trip Home, we could not be all that we are meant or ‘designed’ to Be—full expressions of Source Himself/Herself; full expressions who have learned many valuable things that have contributed to who/what we hoped to Become.

“You want to know who you Truly Are and this is the answer that We can give you, that We can share with you. You do not need to know more about who you Are—there is only one answer to this question, one answer to this query—there is only one answer here. It is the Divine Truth of You, the Divine Truth of who you really Are. You are this Divine Being now and have always been this Divine Being, have always been this Divine Self or True Self. This is the True Nature, the True Being of the Self, the True meaning of the Self. The True Self is the Truth of who you Are, the Truth of who you All Are—it is the Truth of your Nature and the Truth of your Being, your whole Divine Being.

“Others want and need your Love at this time and at all times. They are in need of this Love now, especially right now. This Love is right in front of you, right behind you, all around you, at all times and in all ways. There is never a time or a place where you are not surrounded by this Love, or sustained and filled by this Love. This Love is the True Answer, the One True Answer. We can define this by saying that Love is always the Answer, always the ‘right’ or ‘correct’ answer. Love is the Answer because it is True, it is Pure, it is how you really Are and who you really Are. Love is the Real You, the True and only You. Love is the Answer, Love is who you Are, Love is Real, and Love is True--Love is the True You. We want to define this ‘True You’ for you now—it is Our intention to do this for you now: This is the true You, the You that you have always been, the You that you have always been meant to Be. It is the True You in the Center of who you Are, the Divine Center of who you Are. This You is the True Center of who you Are, the True Center of who you Are. It is the only ‘real’ You. We want you to see this as True You. It is the Center of who you really Are. We want you to know that you Are this You now and you have always been this Central You, this Divine or Central You. This is the Truth, the one and only Truth. It is the sacred or the Holy Truth, the Holy Truth of who you really Are.

“The messages of the Heart flow through this You and out into or onto the ‘you’ you think/have thought yourselves to be. This is NOT the True You, this is not the Truth of who you Are. You are not this ‘small’ or limited notion of you. We want you to see this clearly now, to see the Truth and the Clarity or Purity of this Truth. This is the Truth of your Being, of your Soul. This is the Truth of who you Are. This is the Truth of Who you ARE. We cannot say this more simply or more clearly. You are this Divine You, you have always been this Divine You, and you will always Be this Divine You. It is the only TRUE You. You follow this You when you follow your Heart, when you ‘listen to’ or hear the call of your Heart. Your Heart is the ‘director’ of this process, the director of this process of hearing You. Your Heart is the Center of who you Are, it is the Center of this Being, of this Glorious and Grand Being. It is your True Center of Being. Your Heart is this ‘compass’ for you, this compass for YOU. It is the Center, it is the True Center. This Center or this compass calls out to you when you are ready to hear it, when you are prepared and ready to hear it and follow it. It does not want to be blocked out or misunderstood, misheard. It wants you to hear its calling and recognize this as such—as the True calling of the True Heart, the True Heart. The True Heart guides our way through our lifetimes, through our experiences and lifetimes. It is the Beacon we are meant to follow, the course we are meant to follow or pursue. It will never lead us astray or betray us in any way. This is not possible when it comes to the True Heart. It will never misguide us or lead us in the ‘wrong’ direction. The Heart calls to us when we are listening, when we are ready to hear its call. The Heart is valuable in this way as a tool, as a tool for teaching and learning. The Heart teaches us which way to go, which path to pursue or follow. It teaches us about Love and understanding and True caring or regard. It teaches us about who we really Are and how we really Are. It is precious to us in this way of Being our Center, the Center of our Beings. The Heart reaches us when we are listening, when we are quiet and listening. It is soft and generous in this way—it teaches us how to be still and how to listen to its call. It teaches us to be soft and generous in this way. It teaches us to be still and quiet and listen to its directives or callings. It teaches us how to listen carefully and quietly, sincerely. It teaches us many lessons in this way of being there for us to hear when we are truly ready to hear it in its softness and gentleness. It teaches us the Truth, about Love and the Truth of Love, the only real kind of Love. It is a master teacher in this way. It is the Beacon we are meant to follow. It is the guide in this way, the master guide in this way.

“The Heart is the way Forward, the way for all of you to move Forward. Forward is the direction of Bliss and Unity and Oneness. Forward is the way of the Heart, the manifestation of the Heart. The Heart does not lose its way. It can only move Forward. We want to see the Heart as the opportunity for Love, as the opportunity to find and to give and to receive Love. The Heart blesses us in this way of its gentleness and kindness, its caring and its capacity for caring, its capacity for loving fully and Truly. The Heart calls us to be who we Truly Are, the Divine and Loving Beings we Truly Are. The Heart is gentle and kind in this way of Loving and accepting all others. The Heart knows the Truth of All others, the Truth of their Beings and worth. The Heart encompasses All things. It holds each thing to be sacred, to be valid and True and worthy of Loving and caring and compassion. Each is worthy of these things, of these qualities of the Heart, the most tender and loving Heart. The Heart is the Center of the Being, of the True Being. It is the Center of who we Truly Are, our True Identity, our True Worth and Value. The Heart calls us Forward into the Truth of our Selves. It is the Center of our Wisdom and Beings. The Heart is the wisest part of our Beings. The Heart follows its own course, its own path. This is the path of Wisdom and Truth. This is the True existence of the Heart, the True way of being for the Heart. The Heart is intelligent in this way of being on course, of being on its own course or path. The Heart follows this path because it knows this is the only way to go, the only True way to go, the wise and True way to go. The Heart can see its own course before it and know this is the True way, the only True way. The Heart is a master at following its own direction, its own course or path. The Heart is the Truest of all the Beacons, the only master or True Beacon. The Heart longs to follow its own course or path. The Heart calls to us from within the Centers of our Beings. The Heart is the Center, the path, the Calling. It is the Calling Forward into Unity and Oneness. It is the way of the Heart to Love All, to truly Love All. It is the way of the Heart to move Forward in this way of Loving the All, of Loving and Caring for the All. The All is the Center of All Things, of All Things. The All resides within us as who We really Are, as all We Truly Are.”

Love of the Self: The Highest Calling

In this month when we collectively celebrate love, our primary focus is the love we have for another or others. Our connections to our loved ones are vitally important, and we are blessed to have the love of those for whom we care in our lives. With this external focus, however, it is easy to neglect or ignore what the Angelic Guides call the Highest Calling—Love of the self. Rarely have we been told or taught that Love of the self is necessary and significant. The concept and practice of loving the Self are largely absent from our cultural and societal modeling and ideals. Because we have chosen to forget who we Truly Are, we are susceptible to the ideas and beliefs that our cultures and societies present to us. The necessity of loving the self is missing from cultural and idealogical discourse, and thus we have taken on the programming that it is selfish to place primary emphasis on the self. This is contrary to what Source truly wants for us. As the Angelic Guides explain, “…to love ourselves, remember the love we have for ourselves is the highest calling we have.”

Struggle with and lack of love for the self are challenges many of us confront. Not loving the self is at the root of much of the suffering we experience, in our own lives and within the world at large. Lack of love for the self blocks our ability to receive because it goes hand-in-hand with beliefs in unworthiness. It also impedes creativity, limits our ability to live in joy, keeps us from aligning with our higher purpose and Selves, delays our growth and evolution and hinders our ability to fully love others.We cannot truly love others if we do not love ourselves first. Not loving the self reinforces the separation and division currently present in this world. It is also a primary contributing factor to the separation from our True Selves that we experience in this dense reality.

The challenges we have expressing and experiencing love for the self originate from our identification with the lower or lesser self—the self that holds all of our fears, wounds, limiting beliefs and false perceptions (the ego). It is difficult to love a self we view as flawed, limited and even wrong. Identification with this self is a false perception and one that blocks us from our inherent Divinity and magnificence. We are not the limited selves we have believed ourselves to be. We are Divine Beings who are expressing and experiencing through human forms. It is in our True Nature to love unconditionally, and to love All, including ourselves.

Lack of love for or not loving the self goes against our True Nature. As Divine Beings who are Created from and with the Love of Source, our ability to love is unlimited. When we understand ourselves as this Love, we open to who we Truly Are and to increased ability to love all aspects of ourselves, as well as to greater ease, joy, purpose and contentment. Love of the self is the main ingredient in becoming and being who we Truly Are.

Love of the self can seem a daunting process when we identify and operate as the lesser self. Shifting the lens through which we identify onto the Truth of who we Are is be the beginning of returning to love for the self and embracing and embodying this Love. Like all things related to growth, learning to love the self can be a process. We need to take steps to show and give love to ourselves so that we become habituated to this. As we move through our growth, we will become more comfortable with and adept at loving the self. This Valentine’s Day, give love to yourself. Do at least one thing that honors you and the Love you Truly Are. Buy fresh flowers, have coffee with a friend, sleep in, spend time doing something only for you, hug yourself, tell yourself that you Are Love and that you love you.

It is my hope that we all learn to love, respect and honor ourselves. We can then more fully and deeply share love with and for all others. Accepting, embracing and Loving the self is is the path to Unity and Oneness. Let the words of the Angelic Guides inspire your path to self-love. It is the greatest gift you can give yourself and others.

“…love of the self—in this many of us lack balance. This can be a hard thing for us to understand. While we may think that it would be easier to care for the self, for most of us it is not. For example, when you are learning from your parents how the world works or operates, you come to understand that caring for other people is more important, has more emphasis placed upon it than loving, being loving to the self. This is the reverse order of things, the opposite of how we should approach others and ourselves. Of course We are not saying that to love others, respect them is not important—of course it is. But We are saying that we cannot fully appreciate others, give them the care they need until one knows how to care for, love the self. We have this innate ability within us when we are formed from the Creator’s Light. We understand that we are Beings of Love and Light as are all others. If we are all Beings of Light, we must have the same significance as all others, and because we are all Love, all created from Love, our essential selves are fully of this ‘matter,’ this Love. If we are created from Love, then to love ourselves, remember the love we have for ourselves is the highest calling we have. What happens when we incarnate is that we forget about this Love. It does not leave us or become less; It is hidden from view. The way the human world works causes further confusion and despair. We are taught to feel guilty if we are to love ourselves, or show love to ourselves. This is considered to be selfish and is an unfortunate manifestation of how the world works. To care for the self, and to care for the self above all others, is neither selfish nor wrong nor to be labeled in any other such way. Care and love for the self are the highest things we can give to ourselves. 

“Without the experience of understanding self-love, how is it possible to give, show love to another human being? We need to understand the essential components of love, all that needs to be expressed and brought to the fore when we love another. Without loving the self, one cannot understand how to give these things to another/others. When we neglect or forget to love the self, we are losing touch with our Divine nature and our Light. Source does not wish this for us. It is the greatest pleasure, or desire of Source for us to love ourselves. After all, we are the product of Love, Source’s unique and abiding Love for each of us. We are Source’s beloved creations, the Hearts of His/Her Heart! We are encouraged to find this love for ourselves so that we may know, really know, the Love of which we are made, the deep and true Love that Source has for each of us. To love the self is not selfish—it is the highest expression of what Source wants for us—to feel the Love He/She has for us in our own hearts and minds. To believe in this Love, know this Love and really feel this Love is what Source wants most for us. This is the True purpose, the highest calling.

“When you were young, a small child, you saw that your parents put emphasis on this other rather than themselves. The father was deeply involved in his work, and the mother was centered on raising the family. When did they stop to care for themselves? In this We do not mean when did they eat, etc., but when did they stop and decide to show themselves love and care? Do you remember seeing examples of this?”

 No, I do not. They were focused on work and family. 

“Many people misinterpret this kind of focus as self-caring, but it is not about the self. Rather, it is about the things one must do to get along in the world, to fulfill one’s personal goals, etc. These things are necessary and important, but they do not indicate true love for the self. By seeing this ‘approach,’ you, like many others, learned that what society calls us to do is the most important thing, the highest standard to which we must hold. This teaches us nothing about the absolute significance of the self. To see this and be taught that the self is not “deserving” of a special kind of love, sends the wrong message to the child. This is the message you received…The birth family provided a means by which you were able to familiarize yourself with what are perceived as the most fundamental requirements of a human being—the constant search for what matters most in a societal fashion—what others decide to be the priority or focus. The self is left out of this equation. Do we ever see others putting their full or primary emphasis on loving themselves? This is something that is not valued, not appreciated or highly regarded within human societies. When the self is left out of the equation, it is the self and Source who suffer. Source does not want for us to leave ourselves to where we might or are inclined to—at the ‘bottom of the list’ so to speak. Source wants for us to put ourselves at the top of this list, the absolute and first priority each of us should have. Source is not attempting to dictate to us how we should be. That is something each of us is allowed to choose, decide upon for ourselves. But Source wants for us to understand the importance, the absolute importance of loving the self, of fully and truly being capable of loving the self. We are each called to learn this, attempt to carry this out. It can be a daunting process when there are no or few societal examples of how to love the self. Because of this lack of modeling, of others serving as examples, we must find for ourselves our own ability to love ourselves, our full selves. When you ‘neglect’ the self, it is easy for you to forget the nature of who you Truly Are.”

We Exist in Oneness within the Heart of the Creator

As we move through this Sacred season, may we embrace the DivineTruth that “All reside within the Heart of the Creator.” The Angels tell us that All peacefully co-exist there. Separation and exclusion are ever only illusion. Unity and Oneness are our True state of Being. The Heart knows this Truth. The True Self knows this Truth. When we allow our Hearts to guide us, they will lead us to join together in Unity. There is One Love that Unites us all. It can be no other way. The Love we carry within is the Love for the All. May we allow that Love to flow to all around us and co-create the field of Unity and Oneness on Earth.

“It is our wish that you join together in peace and Unity, join your forces and your powers in this way. See the Light of Creation in all Beings, within each other and all ‘others.’ Serve Humanity in the highest ways you possibly can. Allow your Hearts to open wide to each other, to embrace each other in Unity and Love. Do not let your so-called ‘differences’ keep you in separation and disunity. All are One Light and One Love, One Love under God. Bring forth yourselves in Unity and forgiveness, true Unity and forgiveness for all Beings there. Allow Love to flow freely from your Hearts to theirs. Bring forgiveness to yourselves. Do not mistake each other or forget the Truth of who you Really Are. Allow your Expressions, your Divine Expressions to move forth from you. You see the Ones you wish to Be, Become. These are your True Selves, the Truth of your Selves or Beings. You can bring these Selves forward and allow them to guide you and flow freely from you, from your Hearts. These are your True Selves, these are your Divine Selves. The Self is the True Nature of the Being, the True Nature of the Divine, or the Soul, the Soul Essence, the Soul Presence. This Self, the Self, is a field of Unity and Oneness. It is not individual aspiration or achievement. It is not interest in the self, the smaller self. This is not your True Self, you natural or Real way of being, living. Allow your True Selves to come forward now. Bask in their Glory and their Light. Allow your Lights to Shine as brightly as you can, as you wish. Bring your Hearts together as One, as One Being, One Life, One Creation. There is no true separation among Creation. Separation is the great illusion, the great fallacy. Separation is not our True way of Being, of Acting, of Existing. It is not the Truth. The Master creates from his/her Heart. The Heart is the portal or the Gateway to the Soul. The Soul sees, knows the Truth in all Beings, the Light in all Beings. The Soul is at the Center of the Heart. The Heart is the Center of the Being. The Heart helps us lead the way. Without the Heart at the forefront, we cannot find or make the changes we wish to create or have before us. The Heart Guides, leads us forward into Unity and Oneness, Oneness with all beloved Beings of the Light. We wish to move forward with the Heart at the Center, at the front.”

“Take the first steps by opening your Hearts. Your Hearts are the ‘open door’ within, the Centers of who you Truly Are. The way forward is through the Loving Heart, the most Wise and Loving Heart. Allow your Hearts to be your Guides. They will lead you to where you want to Be, to how you want to Be/Become. The quality or the ‘feeling tone’ of the Heart is Open and True Love, Love for the All. The All is not separated or individuated. The All exists in Peace and Unity and Oneness. The All is the True Essence of the Being, The All is the Source of all Love and all ‘Beingness’. The All is the Truth, the highest, most important Truth. The Guidance we receive through the Heart, through the open Heart—this is our True Guidance, our True Source of Power and Guidance. Each one of us has an open and Pure Heart, the Purest of Hearts. This is the Center of the Being, the Source of the Being. All are of this One True Heart, this Blessed and Beloved Heart.

“The Heart of God is the Heart of Man/Humanity. We all have the same Heart. This is the Heart of God, the Heart of Man. Each is one and the same, one and the same. The Heart is Unified, not ‘polarized’ or separate. There is no such thing as ‘separateness’ or disunity. We want/wish for you to know this is Truth, as the only Truth that matters. It is the foundation upon which we find or build or create all other Truths—these are the Truths of the Human and the Divine Heart. Each Heart is Special and Unique, so Special and Unique. God Loves each Heart fully. There is no lack of Love here. All are Created as One, as One Being, One Love. The One Love unites us All, brings all of us together in Joy and Oneness.

“The ‘One Heart’ is the Heart of God/Creator/Source. This is the Heart and the Love of the Creator—the Love the Creator has for All of Its Creations.

“The Heart of the Creator is the Heart of the One. All reside within the Heart of the Creator. All are ‘at Home’ here. This is where we all belong, where we all find Unity and Oneness. It is the Heart of Unity and Oneness. All are found within the Heart, the Great Heart of Unity and Oneness, All peacefully coexist there, together in Unity and Oneness.

“The ‘mind’ cannot easily conceive of this State of Oneness, this State of Oneness and Togetherness. The ‘mind’ cannot fathom how this can Be. The ‘mind’ is limited in its scope and vision. It is truly limited in this way. It is not the ‘task’ of the ‘purpose’ of the mind to fathom or understand this Togetherness. The mind cannot comprehend in this fashion. The Heart knows the Truth of Unity and Oneness, of Unity and Togetherness. Togetherness is the True State of all ‘parts’ or aspects of Creation. It is the True State of Living and Being or Existing. It is the True State of the One Heart or Being.

“We exist in Oneness within the Heart of God, of the Creator. It is our minds that block us from knowing, feeling, believing this. The ‘mind’ blocks our view in this way. It is not the way of the Heart to exist or live in the state of ‘separation’ and exclusion. This is not the True State of Living or Being. If/when we allow the Heart to lead, it will show us the way to Unity and Oneness, Unity and Peace. It is the Heart that Guides or brings us Forward. The Heart is a ‘tool’ for Transformation, a tool for loving and Love, or living with Love. Use your Hearts to lead, to Guide you Forward. The Heart Empowers us to live as One. The Heart is the ‘gateway’ to the Soul, and to Unity and Oneness. The Heart is the True Messenger of Love and Oneness, Love and Oneness.”

The Greatest Truth

The Angelic Guides continue to inspire us by sharing the Greatest Truth, that we are All the Love of the Creator. There is nothing or no one outside of this Love. This Love and its inherent kindness and giving are our True identity.

“The nature of God is the True Reality. There is nothing between this Reality and God. The word ‘god’ presumes a mentality that is forceful and co-creative. It is the mentality of Creation, of all of Creation. The mentality of God is Oneness and charitableness, Oneness and giving. This is the Pure Nature of God, the True Nature of God’s ‘existence’ and Reality. One finds what one is looking for inside of the Self, the Self that is a part of or extension of God and the one True Reality of Love and giving, kindness. One is not the source of the Love and kindness, one is the representative, the true representative of this Love and kindness. The Love and kindness that we all share. This is the Love of the Creator, the ever-lasting and abiding Love of the Creator. It is who we are meant to Be, who we are called to Be. This Beingness is founded upon the principles of Love and charitableness, of Love and giving. One is not lacking in these qualities or attributes of the Self. One is ever and always only these things or qualities. You are not what you see, you are not what you say or speak. You are the Truth, the Reality that lies beneath these things, these ‘actions’ or activities. One is allowed to see these [Love and charitableness] as attributes or qualities of the True Self, the Self that we all ‘contain’ or hold within us as the Core of who we Truly Are. The Core is the Identity of the Self, the one you are calling or naming as the ‘Self,’ or the one one knows oneself to Be. This identity of the Self is confusing to you now because you have only seen yourself as the “self,” the small or the little self. This self is not the Self of the True Identity, the True Self. The True Self is the Truth behind all things, all things. This is the one who knows its True Identity, its True Nature to be that of Love and creativity and charitable giving. This Self knows its own True Identity, or the Truth of who it really Is. This is the Truth of all Beings, of all living and existing Beings. There is no other Truth that is ‘truth’ beyond this Grand Truth or major Truth. The Love of the Self comes from the Self itself, comes from its True Nature and its True volition or will. The Love of the Self is a true caring and love in all of its glory, in all of its Truth. This Self is not placed outside of you or in front or behind you. This Self is the True authority within you, within who you are as a Divine Being, a Divine Creation. The Self is the Divine Nature Itself. It is the identity with which we/one should embrace or hold as the Truth of their Being, as the Truth of their very Being. This Truth cannot be hidden from view or left out of the equation. This Truth is the True Nature of who you Truly Are. The True Self is the True Identity, the only Identity. It is the only Identity and Truth one needs, requires.

“All are part of Creation, an aspect of Creation and our Great and Loving Creator. All are created to be like the Creator, like the Creator in Its nature and Truth/Reality. All are loving as is the Creator. All are giving as is the Creator. All are part of or a piece of the Creator Himself/Herself. There is no limitation placed upon the Creator or upon its Creation. There is no limit placed on anyone or anything. All are equal in the eyes of the Creator. All are valid in the eyes of the Creator. All are unlimited in the eyes of the Creator. The Nature of the Creator is such that all are included, all are Truly, truly Loved. There is nothing or no one outside of this Great Love, outside of this Grand Love. It is only the Love, the LOVE of the Creator that feeds us, that nourishes us and our Souls. It is only the Love of the Creator that is found within, within who one Truly Is. All are this Love, all are an aspect of the Creator. All are Love, and ALL are Loved. This is the Truth of Reality, the Truth of Existence. All are Loved. This is the profound Truth, the Greatest Truth. This is the Truth of the Great Reality, the True or formless Reality. All are sacred, all are Loved. All are Loved. There is no other way this can be, no other Reality from which one can exist. No other truths exist before this one, before this Truth. This is a primordial Truth, an Essential Truth. There are none more True than this, none more significant or important as this Truth, as this Essential Truth. You do not have the ‘words’ to express this accurately or truly in your language, no other words with which We can ‘speak’ to you now. This is the Truth of Existence, the Greatest Truth of ALL of Existence. You are not left out of the Truth. No other is left out of this Truth. All are included in, held within this Great Truth. All of this Truth, ALL of this Truth, lies within the Being, within who we Truly Are. You are not outside of this Love. None are outside of this Love. This Love is all-encompassing and ever-lasting, Eternal. All are included or held within this Vast and Great Love of the Creator for all of its Creation. No aspect is less than or more than or better than. None is above any other or another. You are part of this Truth, have always been a part of this Truth.

“One has all of this Love within. You are part of this Love, part of this Great Love the Creator has for all things, for ALL things!! We cannot deny this Love, we cannot hide from this Love, we cannot resist or fail to find this Love within who we Truly, truly Are. All are this Love and only this Love. There is no other Love from which we derive, no other Love that can match or meet this Love. This Love is all that we ‘need,” all that we want and need. All are created from Love, all derive from this Love, all are this Love. There is no statement more true or truer than this, none in existence or being. We are all this Love, all this LOVE. Each and every one is this Love, this Great and Grand Love. We are all this Love, you are all this Love, everyone is all this Love. This Love never ‘dies’ or goes away from us, it never, ever leaves us. It is always with us, always and Truly with us. You are each a part of the Loving Source, the Loving Source of our Creation. You are each a part of Creation. You are each held as ‘special’ and unique in the eyes of Creation/Creator. You are all a part of this same Creation, this one and only Creation.”

You are the Love and the Mind of God and the Heart of God. You have the power within you to follow your Lights, follow them to wherever they want to take you, to wherever they want to take you!! You are the witness to the GLORY within, the absolute Glory within!!! You are the receivers of the Truth and the keepers of the Truth!! You are the receivers of the Light and the carriers of the Light, THAT Light, your Light, and God’s Light. You are a flowing fountain of LOVE. You are majestic. You are inherent Truth and Beauty. You are the Lights of your Souls, the Lights of your Souls!! You are Gilded Lilies who shine in the Light, who shine in God’s Light!! You are the Source of All Creation. You are the wisdom of your own Hearts, your own Bright and shining Hearts. You are powerful manifestors and powerful generators. You are Beings of the Light, BEINGS OF THE LIGHT!! You are from the Light and you ARE the LIGHT. You ARE this Light now, this very Light now! You are the Power of your own Lights, the full Power of your own Lights!! This is the very Core of you, the very Truth of who you Are. The reason that you are here is to SHINE those Lights, shine them on each other, on others, on All who exist before you. You are your Spirits in form, fully in form! You are your Spirits in FORM. You are the Lights you see before you, and within you. You are the Lights within you, and the power of your Lights is Vast, endless. You are Wisdom in FORM, Power in form. You are TRUTH in FORM. You have the ability to Be who you are Truly meant to Be, you have the Right and the Responsibility to Be who you are Truly meant to Be. You have this responsibility, this necessity of focus and form.

“We are here to lead you Home, to guide you back Home, to who you are Truly meant to Be and where you are Truly meant to Be (from). Yours is a Light that cannot be dimmed, that cannot be extinguished!! Yours is a Light that is meant to Shine, that is meant to shine in its full Glory!! Yours is the Light, THE LIGHT!! For all to see, for all to share. Yours is the Light of God, the True and Glorious Light of God!!!! You are ALL this, ALL this. There is nothing else you are, no one else you are or could be. You are only this Light, only this Light that shines within, within your Hearts and your Souls. You ARE LOVE itself, LOVE ITSELF!!! You are nothing less than this, less than this Love and this Light. Nothing less!!! You come from the Light, you are the Light, you Return Home to the Light, to this very Light. Release judgment of who you are, of who you think yourselves to be. You are not this light, or that light, or the other light. You are THE LIGHT, Gods’ very own Light!! This is the TRUTH of who you Are, the very Truth of who you Are, you all Are. You were born to be this Light, to hold this Light, to carry this Light with you wherever you go, wherever you are. You are this Light, this Brilliant, Brilliant Light. You are the Light and the Love of God, of God and the Creator himself/herself. You are from this Light, this very Light!! You ARE this Light, this very Light. You are the Perfection of your Souls. You are your own Presence, your own strong Presence. You ARE THE GLORY OF GOD, the GLORY OF GOD. You are the Truth seekers and the Truth holders. You are the carriers of your own Lights. The Light of God is within who you Truly Are, and within who you Truly want and are meant to Be. You are Believers in the Light, Lovers of this Light. You are Truth itself, its very own self. You forget who you are, but We know who you Are, and how you all Are, as Souls, as individual Spirits and Souls, who walk on this Earth, who Grace and Bless this Earth, who know the Truth of who they Truly and Always Are. This Truth is awareness, this Truth is LIGHT, the Light, the very Light of God, Source, Creator, of who you all TRULY, truly ARE.

“Mankind is evolving now, evolving into higher levels of Consciousness, of Awareness.  Mankind will find the Truth when he lands in the Heart, when he/she finds the Heart. The Heart of all awareness, the Heart of All Light! The Heart is a portal to the Soul, to the Soul and Awareness, to the Soul and its/one’s awareness, to the Truth of who you Truly, truly Are. The Heart is an Infinite field of awareness, of Being. The Heart FEELS, feels love, feels joy, feels compassion and forgiveness. The Heart is magnanimous. The Heart is the Center, of who We are, who you are, who all are. The Love and Wisdom of the Heart empower you to be free, to all be really and truly Free.”

The Sea of Unity and Oneness: A Channeling on Co-Creating Peace

The Angelic Guides tell us that the necessary ingredients for co-creating peace on Earth include knowing the Truth of our identity, releasing identification with the lesser self, identifying with the Truth of our Divine Light, embracing our True Nature, and living the Truth of Unity and Oneness.

What does humanity need to know at this time that will help us find peace on Earth?

“Forsake the ego and turn to the True Source, the True Source of All existence. The Light shines within all beings, all Creations of this Source. This is the Light of Truth and the Light of awareness, the Light of perfection. The Light transforms everything within, within one’s “reality.” The Light is the Truth, the only and significant or important Truth. The Light of God is within you, is within the All. The Light of God absorbs all negativity, transforms all negativity and “lack of Light.” There can be no true lack of Light, for it is ever and always present, always present within who one Is. We can only say this is the Truth, the very and only Truth. It does not represent the ego or the limitations of the ego. The ego cannot stand within this Light or close to, around this Light. The ego is bipolar by nature, by its very nature. It is not the Truth of who we Are or ever were or ever will be. It is a false sense of self, a precarious and false sense of the self. We do not want to confuse you with the word “self.” This is the self you think you are or believe yourself to be. Your True Self is not this small self or lesser “self.” Each has this “lesser self” with which to contend or “combat.” It is not true combat in the nature of combat, it is recognition and release of this ego, of this ego identity. The ego wants to shame and criticize, criticize by its own nature. This is the “natural path” or way of the ego. It is not the same way of the Heart. The Heart is Pure and True. The Heart is Purity and Truth combined. It is the way of Wisdom and the way or path of the Soul, of one’s Soul. One’s Soul is identified by this nature, by this nature of Truth and Purity, and Beauty and Light.

“One’s True Nature is the nature of the Soul, the wise and compassionate Soul. The Soul is the “heart” of the being, of one’s being. The Soul is the Truth behind all things. The Soul is the mechanism by which we grow an evolve. There can be nothing “wrong” with the Soul or one’s Soul, nothing wrong at all. It is not possible for the Soul to be “wrong.” It is only the Heart that feeds the Soul or nurtures one’s Soul. It is only the Wisdom of the Heart that feeds the Soul. The Soul wants to learn and grow and advance in its own time and its own way. It is not bound by the laws or rules of nature, as you see nature there where you are now.  You are not “privy to” the Laws of Nature here. This is not your “natural” or understood environment here. 

“The nature of consciousness is such that one believes what one wants or chooses to believe. These “beliefs” are not based on Truth or Truths, the Universal Laws or Truths. The Truth flows through each of you as the river flows to the sea. Each part of the “river” is actually part of the Sea, of the Sea of life and existence or living. You are one part of this river, one part or piece of this river. The river flows smoothly inside of you, inside of who you truly Are. You are not the being you think you are or have thought you are. You are the river flowing to the Sea, the River bending and winding its way back to the Truth of the Sea, of the great Sea itself. The truth or reality of this Sea lies behind all things, all things. We are not separate aspects of this Sea, we are each parts or pieces of it. This Ocean is vast and wide and beyond all understanding, all knowing of who/what it is. Each part of this Sea contains the Whole, the Whole of Creation, the Unity of Creation. The Sea is wide and open and vast. It is the carrier or the holder of all things, of all beings. We are not without a part in this Sea, in this Sea of life and living or “existing.” We each have a part in this Great or Grand Sea of being and existence. The Sea rises and falls as we do. It prefers to stay “behind the scenes” or behind all things. It is not required to make its “presence” or Itself known. It is only when one is ready, truly ready, that this Sea will come into one’s consciousness or appear in one’s consciousness. The Sea is effortless and free of all fear and “suffering.” It is free of all suffering. There is nothing within this Sea that can cause one harm or hurt. It is only possible for it to be gentle, for it to be very gentle. It is not the Sea that you think of or “picture” in your mind. That sea has limitations and borders or boundaries. The Sea of God or the Universe is unbound, unlimited in its presence and its potentials, all of its potentials. The Sea flows through each of us and is present within each of us. It is unlimited and free, always free and unlimited. There are no borders, no “boundaries” or borders to or in or of this Sea. It is limitless and flawless, flawless in is Glory and its Presence. This vast and unlimited Sea is beyond all time and all space. It is not a part of the Universe itself, it is beyond the Universe, beyond its bounds and “borders.” The Sea is who you truly Are, what you truly, truly Are. The Sea is wide and vast and open to all who wish to seek it or find it within. The conditioning you have received there on Earth does not tell one about the presence of this Sea and the significance of this Sea to who you truly all Are. You are not without knowing of this Sea, of the presence of this Great Sea. You want to hold and to watch the presence of this Sea within. The Sea moves through you now, moves through all now, and always/forever. One cannot not be a part of this Sea, a piece or aspect of this Great Sea. This is the Unifier of all things, and the equalizer of all things. This Sea does not rest. It is constantly in motion, constantly moving forward and progressing or “developing.” The Sea carries one forward, forward into who one is truly meant to Be. You are a part of this Sea, a true part of this Sea. This Sea is who you really Are or how you really Are. The Sea does not divide itself into “parts” or “units.” This is not who/how the Sea truly Is. There cannot be separate portions or “pieces” of this Sea. This Sea carries all, loves all and supports all. It is not divide-able, not divisible by and “quotient” or measure. It is Unity and Integrity and Wholeness Itself. The Sea passes through each of us and runs like water through each of us. The Sea is not rough, it is calm and smooth and gentle in its Presence. The Sea is the Presence of God, the Presence of God Himself/Herself. All aspects of the Sea are part of the Sea, bound to or one with this Sea. All aspects of this Sea are Unified or bound together for eternity, for “forever.” There can be no separation or division within this Sea. None whatsoever. It is not possible for this Sea to ever be divided, to ever be “torn” or broken apart. Each “part” or aspect of the Sea comes together to form the Sea, to form the Unity and Oneness of the Sea. Each aspect or component of Creation is part of this Grand Sea, this Grand Sea of life and living, of life and truly being. The One is the Whole, not the parts or the “pieces.” The Sea is Majestic and Creative, it is the Source of all of Creation. You are a part of this Creation, All are a part of this vast Sea or Ocean of Creation. The Sea of Unity and Oneness. The Sea of Unity and Oneness.”

A Brief Introduction to Channeling

There are many ways loving, compassionate and wise non-physical Beings from higher dimensions can connect and communicate with us while in physical form in this material dimension. Our higher spiritual senses—those beyond our five physical senses—allow us to receive messages and inspiration from the Beings who support us during our journey on Earth. Each of us has a Cosmic Team of wise and loving Beings who guide and help us, and each of us has the non-physical senses that allow us to receive and interpret spiritual information and inspiration. We can receive guidance while in the dream state, during meditation or when connecting with nature. We can receive wisdom and insight through inner hearing, inner knowing, inner feeling and/or inner seeing.

Channeling is a method of communicating with higher dimensional energy. During the channeling process, a bridge is formed between the spiritual realm and the physical realm and a connection made between a non-physical Being (or Beings) and the physical being who receives the information. The energies join together, and the channel non-verbally or telepathically receives the energies of the messages and translates them into words. The messages are typically shared or recorded through speaking or writing. The Beings of Love, Light and Truth in the Upper Realms wish to share their wisdom, guidance, love and support for the benefit of All and in service to humanity. They provide wisdom and inspiration for our personal and spiritual growth and for the evolution and advancement of humanity and the Earth. They have an elevated perspective and higher consciousness that support our spiritual awakening and help us grow and evolve. The words of their messages carry specific energies or vibrations and activations that awaken us to and help us remember who we really Are and support us in our evolution and enlightenment.

Some people who channel remain conscious while they receive and translate messages, while others enter into a trance or semi-unconscious state. The latter might not recall what was said or transmitted during the trance state. Either way, it is always possible to know whether or not the information received is for the highest good. The messages will always be loving, inspiring, beneficial, benevolent and supportive, and their sources will never tell us what to do. When I receive channeled messages, I remain in an aware and alert state. I “hear” the messages telepathically and record them through the process known as automatic writing. I feel the loving and supportive energies of the Beings of Light who are transmitting the messages; I intuitively know how they want me to record the information; and I see in my mind’s eye images that help illustrate the points being made. We are blessed to be able to connect and communicate with these Loving Beings who want to serve and assist us. They want us to know the Truth and help us serve humanity and the planet in the highest ways possible.
